Looking for great hairstylists for my wedding in seattle, wa.

Hello!
Actually I am looking for a new stylist myself. I have thick, curly hair, so I need someone very skilled.
I went to seattlecitysearch.com and searched: hairdresser. It came up with several, and Lisa Powers Salon was one with a large number of reviews (142). It is a rather new, small, independent salon. There is a short video by her, and she seems extremely committed. She does not rent chairs, she employs all the stylists, etc. The reviews have been very positive, but only about color and cuts.
Since "party hair" is a whole different set of skills, I would call and ask. I may check her out myself.
Gene Juarez is the big, high-end, corporate salon in Seattle, with several locations. I'm sure they have a wedding or event team. The advantage of using a large salon, is if anything goes wrong, they have the resources available to draw on. (If someone is late, or plans change, you could be in trouble with a smaller salon) If you have a whole wedding party getting their hair done at the same time, you almost have to use a larger salon.
Good Luck,
Sheila
