I didn't use any of these venues but here are a few that I'm aware of...Barnwell Center in downtown Shreveport, roof of Sci-Port, Hill Country Village, Dixie Gin, and American Rose Center. I wasn't impressed with the Rose Center, but I loved the roof at Sci-Port! It wouldn't accommodate a large wedding, though. The Dixie Gin looks like an awesome place! Hope this helps in your search! (Oh, and if you have to get insurance to make the venue happy, check into getting a rider on your home or renter's insurance because it's much cheaper than the insurance offered through venues like Sci-Port!)
