Hi, I was also having a difficult time finding a non-denominational officiant for our wedding next year. Neither of us are "church-goers" but still wanted to bring our Christian beliefs into the ceremony. After much research I was going to go with Julie Price. I only say "was" because we have since then asked a friend of ours to do the honors. I think Ms. Price's fees fall in the $500 range, which is average, in this area. In MD you would pay $500-$700 for a minister to marry you outside of a church that you do not belong to. I have included a link to her web page.
