Need help finding a minister

My fiancé and I don't belong to a church therefore we don't know anyone to marry us. Our wedding is outside at the end of June so we don't have much time left. I've interviewed some officiants over the phone but they wanted $250-$450 for their services which seems absurd and makes me think that they are just in it for the money. Does anyone know of a minister who does non-denominational weddings and has a good personality?

We were married in a church I grew up in so I don't have any suggestions - just one thought. A lot of ministers use their fees from weddings to help with various ministries in the church. Our minister uses his fees to feed the homeless women and children who show up asking for help and food. There are probably ministers who keep the money for themselves but you might ask if that's the case.

We have the most wonderful officiant/ minister. He is very charismatic and has a great personality.
His name is Andrew Mutter
He officiates many weddings at the Mankin Mansion, by the airport...
