I got married in Incline Village in Sept 2008. I was disappointed with the hair and make-up artists in Incline, so I contacted Tina with My Hair by Design (myhairbydesign.com), she is out of the Sacramento area. I used Just B Cosmetics for make-up (justbcosmetics.com), also out of the Sacramento area. I was so happy with the results and Tina and Brenda were amazing to work with. They were a bit pricey, but travelled from Sacramento and arrived at 6AM to start (wedding at 12:30). They did hair and make-up for me, the bridal party (2 girls and a flower girl) and mother of the bride.
