Have your considered doing it yourself? There are many wonderful tutorials on youtube or videojug. Otherwise, I would suggest going to a local beauty school and seeing if there is a student who can do it. I know my aunt goes to one to get her hair and nails done and she says they are wonderful.
I just noticed that your reception is set for Harbor Grille. We did our rehearsal dinner there. We planned for a seated, plated dinner, and I was SHOCKED when the server announced to our guests that the BUFFET was ready!!! Although I thought they were great to work with before the event, you MUST have someone managing the location on the day of to make sure you get what you want. I found out earlier in the day that they used the wrong candleholders (clear instead of cobalt) when setting the tables, and they acted PUT OUT when I asked that they be corrected. I went to a lot of trouble to find a place that I could afford a plated dinner, I am still steaming that it turned out as a buffet and there was nothing I could do about it. Although they made a small adjustment to the bill, I NEVER received an apology phone call. Be careful!
We used a salon in Mt. P called ARLENE's . We had the salon to ourselves on a Sun. AM as our wedding was on Sun. @ 3:30. All of the bridesmaids went and the bride ,mom and flower girl. They did an awesome job with the various hairstyles the girls requested as we wanted them to have a style they liked and felt comfortable with. They were very fair in price and DEFINITELY considerably less than others. Other salons were sooooo expensive. They just take advantage of your neediness for this special event in my opinion.
