We were married on October 10th at Barefoot Resort- and they did an amazing job with everything. They have a beautiful new venue and can accomodate a small or large wedding. You can do the ceremony and reception there either indoors at their new confernce center or outside on the intracoastal waterway. We even did our rehearsal dinner there as well. It is a must see in planning a wedding at Myrtle Beach. LeeAnne Horton is the contact there and she will walk you through everything from start to finish. You can try Grande Shores Resort. They had some availability when we last spoke with them in October. We are residents of North Carolina, but getting married at the beach as well! We researched several places, but this was the best priced and most beautiful. You may also be interested in Huntington Beach State Park. It surrounds Atalaya Castle and is very private. However, you have to bring in everyone-caterers, musicians, etc. They don't provide anything. If I recall, the access to the private beach was around $50.00. The castle of course costs alot more.
