We would love to know what your colors are for your wedding. Mine were brown, green, and cream/white for the reception and all white for the ceremony. Check out my photo.

Mine are brown and green as well - only my green is a brighter shade. I just love brown and just about any color!
Ours will be magenta and black and white. I always wanted purple to be in my wedding colors, but when we went shopping for dresses in April, (for an October wedding) purple wasn't really popular. But we found beautiful magenta colored dresses for $48 each that we couldn't pass up, so I changed my mind.
We went with Brown and sky/cornflower blue. Those are the colors in our comforter that we both love! Made things very easy, since we already agreed.

Tina-
I love your green! And that logo is fabulous. Did you make that?

No I didn't - I used IDOORIGINALS.com. They are awesome! You get 5 monograms for $15! I wanted to use them on lots of different things - like my votives, tags and I am even going to use them for my thank you notes. Here is one of the others - there is only one I don't like and it is only because the green doesn't show up as well.
Ivory, champagne, wine & taupe. Serving champagne & wine (my two favorite drinks) to go along w colors! My dress is ivory/champagne and groom will be wearing an ivory tux w tails and champagne (bamboo as they call it for guys) accents. My ladies are in a deep wine and groomsmen are in black w wine accents.
Hope it comes across as elegant as I think it sounds! What do you think?
It is funny that the color has a lot to do with setting the atmospher for the ceremony and the reception. My gown is a white satin with the lilac trim on the neckline, and at the hem area, with the lacing going down the back, (a little on the victorian side of style)very simple and yet very eligent. The wedding is in the afternoon, so the groomsmen and the best man will be in tux's and with a latte accent to match the bridesmaid and maid of honor, the groom will be in the dark tux, with the lilac accents to match the trim on the gown. The chapel is done all in white with red roses and to carry on the victorian feel the bouqets and the bridal flowers are having the english ivy accents. I had thought about the reception in Vellejo (where both our families are) as being a theme of the fall festive from Itly, with the Italian foods that we both love so much. At first we thought about a Thanksgiving theme but it would prove way to much for everyone mainly for us having to travel to the area and have the time to make the dinner for thirty people. So after putting all the ideas to the family and guests, and of course the the help of the maid of honor and best man we came up with having a Italian pot luck so that everyone can show off their culinary skills and leave the recipe at the side of the dish for those who wish to exchange them. The reception hall will be done in Ivories, whites with hues of purple and browns to reflect the wedding party. It will prove to be a very eligent and casual at the same time. For our friends and guests that are attending here in Las Vegas, we are doing the same here for them, and it has has several good reveiws from them.
Our wedding colors are periwinkle blue and apple red (they are the colors in my fiance's clan kilt). To avoid the red, white, and blue look, we are doing the ceremony in the red and the reception in the blue.
My mom and I just came up with a decorating idea I just HAVE to share. My wedding is taking place outdoors beside the stone wall in my parents backyard. The neighbors have a lot of dead forest on the other side of the wall, so we are getting sheer and somewhat iridescent red fabric that we are going to hang as a backdrop and we are going to tack on fabric autumn leaves so they appear to be falling. I think it will look so pretty with the October colors.
Our colors are pink and gold. Now that I've been planning for almost a year and a half I think I would change it if I could. My original idea was Southern vintage with a splash of Marie Antoinette. I have acheived that look and then some. We'll see how it turns out in October!
