We had my daughter's wedding at Beacon Hill Golf Club in Commerce, MI. It has a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site and a nice banquet room with excellent food and service. I highly recommend it. We had 140 people at the reception which was very comfortable. They say the room holds 250 which I think would be tight. Hi Jacque, my name is Bob Longlois and I'm from the Linden VFW POST 4642. I just read your message on wedding mapper and see that you are looking for a reception place that holds 175. We have just the place for you as our hall will seat 175 comfortable and up to 200 tight.

We will make you an offer if you hold your wedding shower and reception with us. Ask the guys for a package deal.

We are across from the Linden Gazebo one block north of downtown Linden across from the Linden Library and Gazebo.

With permission from the City of Linden The Gazebo would make a great backdrop for wedding photos. I have attached a photo for you.

I have good things about Waldenwoods also. It looks woodsy on the internet. I did call twice and talk to someone about pricing. They could not give me a price either time It seems they wanted to get me there to talke me into more than what I wanted. Lots of added expenses. Don't know. They didn't sound very friendly. Kinda snooty. Guess you have to judge for yourself.
