Silvertip is an amazing place to hold a wedding. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gazebo offers fabulous views of the mountains for your guests. The Pavilion is beautiful with the golf course behind it and the decor is very mountainesque with exposed beams and a fireplace.
Mount Norquay's staff is great, and Kika's Cafe offers plenty of natural light with the large windows. Mount Norquay only offers a buffet dinner and not a plated dinner, the inside of the building can be challending for an indoor option in the event of unsightly weather. The ski hill is very apparent while you are there and can be both lovely and unforgettable at the same time. Linens are not provided for and the couple is charged extra for this.
Both are great mountain venues that are different in many ways. Depending on your budget, and your decor needs; Silvertip may offer you more options for your wedding.
I hope this helps you in your venue search.
