Choosing a photographer is such a subjective decision -- everything from their personality to their images, and if their overall style speaks to you. We looked at over 30 photographers for our wedding this summer, interviewed 6 of them, and were just blown away by our final choice. As was everyone at the wedding.
I always try a 30 second quick look at a gallery to get a feel for their style (don't think, just look), and of the three you mention it looks like Amoreena does the best job of composition, color, light, and capturing the "moment". But, once again, this is such a subjective decision.
Do make sure you interview each of them to understand their philosophy and approach -- it can make a huge difference when you're having them following you around for days.
Until we won our free photography with Davina + Daniel, we were going to hire Steve Loewinsohn. He's really great and his prices affordable. You might also want to consider Dorothy Hatchel, http://www.dorothyhatchel.com/index2.php. I worked with her for a special event and she's really darling with a great eye and comparable pricing for 6 hours ($2,000).
It looks like you can't go wrong. All the sites you sent have some nice photos. I would say I prefer Andy Hatch as my favorite among the three, mostly because they had many candids (and a photo-journalistic look to them). My second favorite was Stephen Loewinsohn. He seemed to also have an artistic eye and is able to capture the moments.
Good luck and congrats!
I am not familiar with any of the photogrpahers you listed. We used Peter Digg and he was beyond amazing. So much so 4 of my friends used him for their weddings. His website if you are interested is:
Hope that helps and good luck!
We were considering Stephen Loewinsohn Photography but ended up using Ocean Blue Photography and Design. They have great prices and the quality of work is wonderful.
