Bellini

I can't say enough good things about Maria & Angelina, the two event coordinators at Bellini. Our wedding reception was beyond gorgeous, beyond fun, beyond our hopes & expectations. It was a completely stress-free experience, and the staff handled everything beautifully (including when I ordered family-style pasta dishes ON THE SPOT). Never has the phrase "No problem" been so true & so comforting.

Hotel Ruby Marie

Great little B&B, gorgeous rooms (although their definition of "lake view" is pretty forgiving), and a free breakfast for guests at the Essen Haus next door. We kind of wish we had more time to spend in the room itself!

Monona Terrace

A short walk up the hill from the Ruby Marie, be sure to visit this modern landmark. Definitely take in the roof views and the main room on the second floor with the gorgeous windows! There is a cafe inside, but we've never eaten in it.
