October, 2008 in Weston"We had a beautiful, small country wedding in Weston Vermont. We had peak fall foliage (although typically peak foliage occurs a week later), although the wedding day was a little on the chilly side. Weston had so many places to take amazing wedding pictures. There was a river, small bridge, pond, and waterfall all within a half mile of the church. Many of the buildings in the town are on the national historic register, and there are little shops and art galleries in the town center."

Weston, VT, USA"I couldn't have found a better photographer than Lucas. When I showed people my wedding photographs, the first thing they said was "What an amazing photographer!" He has a beautiful, artistic style, and his pictures captured all of the big and small moments. He is also very friendly and fun to work with, which was such a nice surprise. My husband and I have been to a bunch of weddings, and we're used to photographers who just say "Stand there (click). Now you stand there (click)." Prior to the wedding, I contacted Lucas numerous times with questions and he always responded quickly. When we met with him in person, he discussed everything in detail to ensure that he knew exactly what we wanted. During our reception, he already had a small slideshow prepared from the pictures he had taken that day. Our guests loved it! If you are getting married in Vermont, you definitely should hire Lucas. I can't recommend him enough!"

The church administrator (Helen) was so friendly, and she always responded to me quickly when I had questions prior to the wedding. If you are looking for an authentic, old-fashioned New England church in a small country town, the Church on the Hill is the way to go!"

There are so many beautiful places to take wedding photographs, you'll have a hard time deciding where to take your photographs! We can't wait to go back to the town on our future anniversaries."
