"This is where a majority of my guests stayed and it is a very nice hotel. Overall, the front desk service was horrible but the event coordinators were fabulous. It is unfortunate that the event coordinators work so hard to make everything perfect for your wedding weekend and the front desk ruins it for the guests. I had several complaints about the service but since I was the bride I did not experience what other guests did."
