September, 2008 in Cypress"Our wedding had its up's and down's. Hurricane Ike came in the week before and did some damage to my family and friends houses and ego's. In all I would say I had a wonderful wedding. Ike put in perspective the real reason for my wedding. To marry the love of my life!"

Cypress, TX, USA"HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!! Stephanie forgot ALL my coursages for the wedding. She also forgot to make my MOH bouquet bigger and forgot a bout. This was all in my contract and the day of the wedding she showed up with only half of what I already paid for. When I brought this to her attention she wanted to blame me and said I didnt order them. After she reviewed the contract she realized that I did order and pay for everything and then wanted to blame me for not reminding her. I would NEVER recommend using Flora Bella Designs!!!"

"The churches A/C broke and we were not made aware of the situation. We figured it out when we got there. No one applogized for the mishap or tried to help with fans or even water. VERY DISSAPOINTING!! The coordinator there is aweful and VERY rude and mean. My girls complained that she was mean to them and my ring bearers and flower girl was scared of her!"

Lynn and her staff kept things rolling and we had a GREAT time! Would recommed Cypress Chateau for anyone's reception venue!"
