"Getting married in Charleston was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! It was a little hard for our parents since no one in our family lives in town, but once they all got here they knew why we had to do it here!
Our ceremony and reception was at Dunes West. Jason, their banquets manager, is a little annoying to deal with at times, but everything came out perfect in the end. Absolutely do not use Linda Sulley for your wedding planner or invitation printer. She's trashy and unprofessional. I definitely recommend OK Florist! Karen was SO nice and very upfront about prices and how to cater the prices to our needs. Our guests really loved the Wedding Mapper as well. Dunes West is a long way out and with our guests coming from out of town, they loved being able to find the rehearsal dinner and ceremony."

Small, but that means it's quick to get through! When I fly out of some larger airports I have to get there hours early to make sure I can make it through all the lines. I only have to get to Charleston 1 hour before my flight... and I still sit and wait!

We had some guests with food allergies and they were great and gave them something extra that we had not ordered and did not charge us extra. They also let us bring in our own dessert with no extra fee. They have a semi-private room that holds 35-40. We had 38 guests and everyone fit very comfortably.
