The beer and food is always good. We were really unhappy with the service and barstaff that night. Not sure I would recommend them given the great options in the Pearl District.

Save room in your suitcase. Powell's is off the chain (as the kids say). It is 1 city block big. New and used books next to each other on the shelves. One of Portland's top tourist destinations!
SW 10th and Alder STREETCAR Stop
Streetcar stop to head NORTH to the Pearl District and Bridgeport Brewpub.
SW 11th and Alder STREETCAR stop
This trolley stop is for heading south or the one you will get off at when coming from the Pearl District.
