"Getting married in Hood River was a dream come true in terms of location, scenery, atmosphere, and general enjoyment. Our guests really made a weekend of it, and enjoyed the surrounding area during wedding events and between. It was a bit difficult logistically because there arent hotels willing to block off enough rooms for a large guest list. Our guests were therefore spread out. The most beautiful venues for weddings are off the beat-track, a few miles from Hood River itself, so while Hood River is a good base, your guests need to have mobility."
