"Our wedding was great! Holding the reception and ceremony in two separate days was the right decision. While having friends in Canada, family and relatives in HK, we held the ceremony at The Estates Of Sunnybrook in Toronto, and the reception at The Graces Restaurent in Hong Kong. Things went just as planned, and we enjoyed every single moment in the most important event of our lives."

Ceremony

The Estates of Sunnybrook
2075 Bayview Ave
Toronto, ON M4G, CA

We loved the Vaughan Estate. The wedding arbour was covered by tall trees, so the sun wasn't too bright, and the breeze kept everybody fresh during the ceremony. An informal reception was held after the ceremony; guests were very happy about the food and the elegant atmosphere in the Vaughan estate. The only thing we could pick on was the inflexibility of the sales and catering staffs. Their working hours were 7-4pm, which just conflicted with ours. Also, we were confused by the catering staff about the food we were getting and the settings on the day. But yet, the event runner was very professional, and things ran just fine.

Reception

The Graces Restaurent
20/F Lee Theatre Plaza, 99 Percival Street
Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, HK

We had to admit that we didn't plan as much as we planned for our Toronto ceremony. But yet, the manager served as our event organizer, and we didn't have to worry about one single detail in the banquet.

Photos

Shouldice Hospital
7750 Bayview Ave
Thornhill, ON L3T, CA

We were a bit skeptical about taking wedding photos in a hospital, until we visited it. It was surrounded by a quiet garden and green field. Our photo shotting was done very smoothly and undisturbed.
