"Terrible! Two days before my wedding they called to inform me that they couldn't get the napkin colour that I had ordered (and put a deposit on months before!); and they did not take any responsibility nor where they helpful in fixing the problem. (We ended up getting the napkins by going directly to their distributor in Toronto ourselves!) Also, the 'forgot' to deliver the wine glasses to the hall with the rest of the order- this was rectified quickly, but just one more thing I had to deal with the day before my wedding!"
