"Our ceremony was in the Riverview Room and reception in the Ballroom, and it was all flawless and very well executed. During the planning, Casie and her staff were so organized and endlessly accomodating. They were all incredibly experienced and made sure no detail was overlooked. Everything was truly superb! About half of the guests (150 total) were from out of town so in terms of space and location, The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland couldn’t have been more convenient. They all flew into the CLE and hopped an inexpensive cab ride or took the 25 minute trip on the RTA Red Line to Tower City, just underneath the hotel."
