Pizza/sandwiches are $10-15; entrees are $15-20. Good, upscale bar food, but people go mostly for the beer. Great Lakes is Cleveland's local brewery, and the beer is really really good.

Mama Santa Restaurant Pizzeria

The website listed is for a review of the restaurant, since it doesn't have its own. Pizzas (I think) are around $10, depending on size and toppings. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Crazy Italian restaurant sort of feel. No reservations, and the wait can get long, especially on weekends. It is worth the wait.

Mint Cafe

Lunch: less than $10, Dinner: $8-15. The best Thai food in town. Noodles, curries and rice dishes. The "crazy noodle" is highly recommended.

Paladar Latin Kitchen

Most entrees are $16-26. "Nuevo Latino" cuisine. Really interesting combinations of flavors, and good guacamole. Industrial, modern loft atmosphere. We would definitely recommend making reservations ahead of time.

Sergio's Sarava

Hip, modern, Brazilian food. Loud (but fun!) atmosphere. Really good appetizers. Only open for dinner. Reservations recommended.

Tommy's

Entrees/sandwiches are less than $10. Middle eastern/lots of vegetarian food. Amazing milkshakes. A bit of a granola, hippie type feel. Really good falafel.
