"We would not recommend this vendor as this was by far our worst vendor due to lack of professionalism and passion for their business. The communication process was horrible as 2-3 weeks went by that we tried to contact them to discuss our timeline and requests/questions without a return phone call. We also met the owner Steve at a wedding expo and booked with him under one condition, that he would agree to be the D.J that would be at our wedding as we liked his personality and personality is important when it comes to D.Js. I finally recieved a phone call back after 2-3 weeks of trying to contact him and my call was rushed. The night before our wedding, 2 hours before the rehearsal, we got a call where they wanted to discuss our timeline and requests which we found irritating and unprofessional. We were also told the owner Steve would now not be available to be our D.J , but they would send someone else. The D.J they gave us was terribly boring without any energy that is needed from a good D.J. He also did not play half our requests and was off schedule in fading songs during our ceremony and we lost a good amount of our first dance song as well."

"Overall, The Madison did a great job and made everything look great. Just be sure to ask what other events are scheduled on your wedding day as there was a sorority dance scheduled directly across the hall, and young 20-something and intoxicated were annoying to our wedding guests."

"The hotel is beautiful, and the junior suite worked out well. My fiance and I booked two seperate suites to get ready in. There was however two things that itrritated me about the hotel. 1.) we were guests that booked two seperate upgraded suites yet the manager approached us while we were getting wedding photos done before the ceremony and told us only guests having marriage ceremony in hotel could have pics done in hotel. 2.) they did nothing special for us knowing that we were getting married..."

The service was very slow, and sometimes a little unorganized as far as getting our guests cocktails when the evening began, but overall, Primavista dis a great job and would highly recommend for rehearsal diner venue."
