PAUL & JACKIE'S WEDDING

"Our Wedding was great exception of a few minor details caused by our cordinator at The White House Inn where we were married. Other than that Paul & I were married September 20th, 2008 in West Chester, OH. We had a Gazebo Wedding & our reception was a sit down dinner with 70 guests that was held under a tent at The White House Inn. Unfortuntately, The White House Staff was not very professional and messed up a few things but my Husband & I still managed to enjoy our evening with each other. Our flowers were beautiful and Mindy the florist set up our tables to be very elegant/pretty. The DJ did a great job working the crowd and the cake was fantastic. It was still the best day of my life!"

"Although the food is good. The service here was horrid. The cordinator was sloppy and the staff were very unprofessional. They did not do anything that we asked them to do & they ended up charging us for services we didn't even ask for. The failed to clean up around the Gazebo, they messed up the Menus, the seating Chart, the staff was serving alcohol when it was supposed to be a cash bar & not only that they were boxing up to go orders for our guests to take home with out asking my husband and I if it was ok? Before the wedding when we would meet with Marybeth to set up plans for our wedding she was up & down and never willing to give us her attention. Not only that but she would keep us waiting for 1/2 hour at a time when we would take off work to meet with her at a scheduled appointment time. If it wasn't for our florist, baker, and DJ our wedding would have been horrible because of the staff at the White House Inn and their unprofessional mannerisms. Lucky for us all of the other vendors did everything as we asked and we were able to get through the mess that our cordinator created for us. Needless to say I would never refer anyone to have their wedding at The White House Inn. Maybe try Tori's Station or The Manor House if you are looking for a Gazebo Wedding."
