EMMY AND JEREMY'S WEDDING
November, 2008 in Waterloo"The wedding was absolutely wonderful! It reflected our personalities so perfectly! Our reception at Abigails was so amazing and was more than we had expected. The staff went out of their way to do whatever they could. The dance floor was always filled, people always laughing, food fantastic and drinks always flowing! Liz Comatis, part owner of Abigails, turned into my new best friend during my planning and there are not words to describe what a fantastic job she did. I would truly love to hear of more weddings at Abigails - it was just perfect!"

Questions answered breifly and tips and ideas on their website very helpful. I believe we saved around $500 ordering wholesale."

Waterloo, NY, USA"My husband & I have always called each other "Monkey" so we had a bit of a monkey theme...here and there bits of monkey tossed in. Mr. Watson chainsaw carved Two dancing monkeys, complete w/ top hat and veil out of a beautiful wood log! What a personal piece - it was amazing!"

"This was a great option- having the ceremony at the same place as the reception - especially in winter weather! Abigails decorated the ceremony location perfectly, just as we had imagined. We were located right before a fireplace for the ceremony. It was beautiful."

"This was less than expected! Our wedding was at 4pm and check in at the hotel is at 3. Even though check OUT is at 11 a.m., the staff insisted they did not have one room available for early check in at 2pm. We reserved 21 rooms that night and I found it hard to believe they did not have ONE room ready for check in at 2pm. We also found the amenities to be lacking - when my guests asked for a few things, the hotel was unable to provide, a standard amenity you'd find at any local Motel6. Also, the restuarant was outrageous for the day after breakfast. When trying to make arrangements to offer a breakfast for out of town guests, the price for a bagel & coffee was coming out to be $11.75 per person. I am happy to say we sent all of our guests to MAGEE COUNTRY DINER for a wonderful and fun breakfast before they got on their way. I would NOT reccommend Holiday Inn for you and your guests."

"Ceremony & Reception location. Also Rehearsal Lunch. THIS WAS AMAZING. We wanted a local vibe that was relaxing and just full of fun and laughter. The staff go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience for you. They were ALL attentive to detail and did whatever they thought to make the bride and groom happy. The food was great, the dance floor big and always full, the bar always flowing and the service was always prompt and with a smile. I would give them ten stars if possible! The staff at Abigails made our wedding day Amazing!"
