SHARON AND RACHID'S WEDDING
June, 2008 in Nazareth College, Pittsford, New York"Our wedding was beautiful. We got married in an Orchard in Upstate New York. It was one of the hottest days of the year which was beyond our control. Other than that everything turned out perfect. We had guests from all over the US come to our event."

I was looking for that. I didn't want the same hotel processed food or a banquet hall. Everything at Hurd's is from farm to table and seasonal."

Hammondsport, NY, US"The best riesling! Not a lavish winery by any means but great wines. They have a nice Chardonay too! They have won many awards. They're on Keuka Lake. One of their hired help just left to open his own winery on the same lake (other side) called Ravines. I have not tried it but they have won awards for their riesling also. Definetly worth the trip. Stop at Esperanza Mansion a Greek revival. They have a beautiful patio that you can have lunch on and view the lake. Pituresque!"
