The lobby area was perfect for our cocktail hour and the "theatre" side was great for our dinner and dancing. Very reasonable rate, too!"

"A total ripoff. The hotel room rates are outrageous and do not include breakfast or parking. Also, you must make a "committment" of a certain number of rooms. If you do have enough guests staying there to fulfill your committment, YOU are charged for the unfufilled rooms. NO OTHER HOTEL in Downtown Wilmington makes this ridiculous rule. Your guests can stay at any other inn or bed/breakfast in the downtown area and pay less, have breakfast included, and have free parking."
