Casa Carborne is one of our favorite restaurants! This is where Rob proposed!! It is a small italian restaurant and the food is just great! The atosphere is also very romantic. We just love it and highly recommend it!

Jamaica Paradise Cafe

Want a taste of island food? This is practically the only Jamaican restaurant we have in Raleigh (well technically it is in Knightdale). For those that are coming from the VI, I am sure you wouldn't need more island food. However, those VI people that live elsewhere, you can get a quick fix here! It is a small restaurant, but the atosphere is nice and quiet and the food is great! There is also a mini-lounge area that they use for entertainment at night! I am sure you will love this place!! We get take-out from here A LOT!! =)

Crabtree Valley Mall

Crabtree Valley Mall is the biggest shopping mall in Raleigh. In addition to their over 220 stores, they also feature great dining options! Crabtree is also located within wacking distance from the Homewood Suites!

Triangle Town Center

Triangle Town Center

Triange Town Center is Raleigh's newest mall! It has indoor and outdoor shopping. There are even carpeted floors! We frequent this mall most of all! There are also a large number of neighboring stores in the same vicinity! This is great for all the shopaholics!!

Pullen Park Amusement

This park is great for family fun! Reana loves it here. It features a 1911 antique carousel, train ride, pedal boats and kiddie boat ride. There is also a playground for big kids and one for toddlers. We just love going to this park for a nice family day out and know that you would too!

Raleigh Farmers Market

Raleigh has one of the biggest Farmer's Market in North Carolina. This is a 75-acre open air market that provides fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, plants, etc. There is a southern restaurant located on the grounds that we both love. The food is always fresh and very reasonbly priced. In addition, there is also a seafood restaurant thats just great! They serve a number of different seafood options with hushpuppies, coleslaw and homefries!
