Question:
Hi! I am thinking about having my wedding at St. Peter's and also having the reception there as well. I wanted to see if you have anymore pictures of your wedding and if you would recommend the site or have any words of advice! I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend St. Peter's Episcopal Church for any upcoming bride & groom. The church is simply beautiful. The church staff is a dream to work with for the planning stages and day of the wedding. It did take a little time to connect with the organizt, but I can say he is hands down the best organist I've ever heard play. As for the Parish Hall for the reception, La-Tea-Da's has exclusive catering rights. They have a variety of menus and work with pricing. I'm not sure that I was impressed with their execution however. Nothing on a large scale went wrong, but there were a lot of little things that just added up to not only my parents', but my husband, a few guests and myself were frustrated. The Parish Hall is beautiful, but I think I would have chose another location if I would have had a clue the reception would pull off so poorly. (I may be a hard judge since I'm in the Event Industry.)

I do not have many electronic pictures of the church or reception area right off, but I will look to loading a few more this week.

"It's a short drive from Charlotte, but it was worth being able to see a large selection of dresses and gowns, not to mention the surprisingly low prices! The staff has that down home Southern charm and are always helpful. The seamstress... WOW! She had to take of 5" off the bottom of my lace gown and when I picked it up you couldn't tell that it didn't come this way originally. They also have a large selection of bridesmaid, flower girl, and even prom dresses too."
