Sara and Greg's Wedding
St Louis, MO, USA, April, 2008
"The wedding turned out great and under budget! Can't ask for anything more. April was a scary time to get married in St. Louis due to unpredictable weather. The rain held off, and the sun actually came out right as I walked down the isle. The next day was beautiful, and really showcased our great city. All of my out of town guests really enjoyed going to the arch and a Cardinals game, and were impressed with the City. "

I only hired a photographer for two hours, and she was amazing. She managed to get a ton of photos while she was there, and every picture is beautiful. I also get a CD with all the files, so I can print what I want. She was professional, unobtrussive, and great to work with. Highly recommend even if you have a small budget to work with like I did. She will custom make a plan to work with you.

Ceremony
Piper Palm House
4256 Magnolia AveSt Louis, MO 63110, US
Although some construction fencing was still in place due to an overhaul of the ponds, the location was still beautiful. We had the ceremony inside due to weather, and then the sun came out in time for pictures. The reception was set up beautifully, and the food was great. This place doesn't need much decoration, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a garden wedding, with option of inside. You only have one choice for catering due to contractual issues, but the food is good, if a little pricey.
Hotel
Drury Plaza Hotel

Most of our guests were from out of town. This hotel had a variety of room sizes to accomodate families with children. The pool was a hit with all the youngsters, as was the complimentary happy hour and breakfast. The location can't be beat, as it is walking distance to the arch and baseball stadium. Excellent price and customer service, not to mention a beautiful lobby that is huge. Great place for groups to meet and gather to hang out with each other. Restaurant also on site.
