"Although it was beautiful and I loved the space, the staff was not very accomodating. We had asked them to move benches to make room for the tables and they did not. My groom and I had to move them ourselves! The palm house had no lights in it, so it was way to dark for a winter wedding. Since they are a public place, there was no storage room for rentals and centerpieces, so everything had to be dropped off that day. The set up was very stressful as it started at 4:30 pm and had to be completed for our ceremony at 6:00 pm. The sound system was terrible, so I recommend getting your own. If they want to focus on weddings, I would suggest they hire a person for this and make sure they know what they are doing! Look into bringing in your own caterer and alcohol since it is a lot cheaper that the caterer there."
