"Would rate 3 1/2 stars. Items "included" in packages may actually cost extra, deposits only lock in your date and not always the price you're quoted. Food was great and staff is friendly, but don't expect to get many special requests honored. Beautiful venue for a reception. Room rates are pricey and some overnight guests had problems with the rooms (no hot water, tv remote that didn't work). While the honeymoon suite was beautiful, we experienced a big ant problem and leaving the AC on too long created an awful spoiled egg smell in the room."

"Great food at great prices in the heart of Northampton. Very friendly and accommodating staff, they even printed up a menu just for our rehearsal dinner with our names and menu selections on it (excl. prices)! Only complaint would be seating - they sat us on the upper level which was like a narrow runway, small tables were positioned end to end like one long banquet table with 15 people on each side. Those closest to the wall couldn't get out without making everyone else get out on their side."
