"The venue is beautiful and I am very happy we choose it. It has a very modern and artistic feel, which we loved. The problem we had was that a party was going on 2 floors above us and the Shaw Center claimed they had no control over the other party. So throughout my ceremony no one could hear the ceremony, all we could hear was 70's music blaring excessively loud. We even rented a beautiful piano and had a great pianist playing, but you couldn't hear it at all with the other party. This was totally unexpected since when we signed the contract there was 20 pages of rules we had to follow, including that the volume of the music was to be controlled by the Shaw Center."
