The Mellwood was everything I wanted -- which is why I chose it. Very few of the limitations many other venues place on an event (which caterer, who can supply alcohol, what you can decorate with, how many hours you get the room for the day-of, etc.) Scooter was a breeze to work with, and the setting was perfect -- quirky, unique, lots of windows (we used the larger room) and close to downtown.

21C was fanstatic. Our guests loved the contemporary art that is all over the hotel, and the great beds and flat screen TV's. Proof at 21C did our morning-after brunch in the gallery - perfect!

Louisville Slugger Museum

Kids and adults! Take a tour of the Louisville Slugger factory to get your free mini-Louisville Slugger bat. Museum exhibits also. Last tour is at 4:00. Adults $9, kids 6-12 $4. Easy walking distance from 21C.
