Chicago, IL, USAThe Hungry Fathers play original rock and coffeehouse style music. They're wonderful to work with, and just awesome people in general. I highly recommend listening to them first, to make sure their music is your style. Live is best, but their website and Youtube also have recordings.

We loooved our cake. We got a lot of compliments on our cake, and I know a lot of people who don't eat wedding cake! They delivered to our reception site without any problems, and it was really a beautiful cake. They also remake the top tier of our cake for our one year anniversary - no year old freezer cake for us!

We can't express how much we loved Calihan Catering. If I could give them more stars, I would. I can't recommend them highly enough. John, Lee, and Nash as well as all the staff are among the most courteous people I've ever met. Amazing!

The church is beautiful and close to home. Paula (the go-to lady there) seems really helpful, but she sometimes doesn't write things down when you talk to her on the phone so you tend to have the same conversations multiple times. I found it helpful to be more organized than she seemed to be. Overall, very nice place to get married.

AMAZING! I can't tell you how wonderful the reception was. The gallery is owned by Calihan Catering who also catered our wedding. They are beyond fabulous. If I could give them 6 out of five stars I would.

This hotel wasn't particularly convenient for us or for our guests, but it is where our guests wanted to stay. It is nice in that it is close to the 90-94, but there was construction there at the time. Also, it's very close to Old Orchard Mall, and my girls and I all had our hair done at Mario Tricoci, so that was convenient.
