The most wonderful church and minister. We would not have had such a wonderful wedding without them. Watch out for the main coordinator. She is very controlling, but she really makes sure everything gets done. Just don't let her scare you too much!

Crystal Gardens Ballroom at Navy Pier

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful site for a reception. The view was breathtaking. Watch out for some minor fees that pop up - not too uncommon - for things like cake cutting, etc. The food and specialty drinks we requested were also delicious. They were always happy to oblige, especially for an extra fee!

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts: Hyatt Regency Chicago

Albeit it was one of the busiest wedding weekends we could imagine, the service was really lacking here. We had a room guarantee, but the service was so poor and rude according to some of our guests, they refused to stay there, ensuring that we didn't reach our guaranteed amount. On the other hand, the accommodations were nice, and the buffet we had in the morning was also great!
