This was the downfall of the evening. We went with a local dj on the recommendation of my former boss and were sorry we did so. Not only did he not listen to the few requests that we had, he went ahead and did his own show without any of our suggestions. He seemed like a reasonable deal at the time, now we feel like we were ripped off. He also complained about my husband's remarks about his performance and music choices to me while I was talking to my guest. Not professional and not organized. Do not use this DJ!!

Windsor Heights Lutheran Church

One of the reasons we chose this church was because they did not require us to join for us to get married there. They were very accomodating, very reasonable in their fees, and they have a beautiful sanctuary.

ZaGaZig Shrine Center

This was by far the best choice for the reception. Their rental fee can include plenty of time for the reception, tables and linens, set up time, a full bar, reasonable drink prices...and clean up afterwards. We did the food ourselves so it was nice to have the time and space to do so. Plus these guys do great things with the Shriners Hospitals, so it was nice to use them.

Settle Inn

Our guests all found rooms ok, but I reserved a block of rooms primarily for my family,which was all from out of town. When they went to check in the rooms were all messed up and before the wedding when people would call to confirm their reservation, they would say there wasnt one. The day of the wedding, they made up for it and some guests got a free room upgrade.
