Seriously, though, this is a rich neighborhood with wonderful Freedom Park, awesome thrift and music stores, cool bars with help that won't smile, and fantastic restaurants."

"This cute--and somewhat hoity-toity--neighborhood comes complete with expensive shops and great restuarants. Try Paolo's Gelato Italiano at the southeast corner of Highland and Virginia. Reno folks might love Moes and Joes, a bar devoted god-like to Pabst. If Josh is bartending next door at The Cavern, tell him you're friends with Jamie and he'll charge you extra!"
