OCALA WEDDING IN FEBRUARY

"The wedding day was absolutely flawless. The vendors all performed above our expectations and therefore our day went off with out any major dilemmas.
We received so many compliments from our guest about the wonderful reception, from the cocktail hour outside by the pool to the great dance music that ended up keeping our guest around for an extra 1.5 hours.
Wedding Mapper became a huge resource in providing directions to our guest most who were coming to the wedding from out of town."

They coordinated on their own for practice and coordinated with the organist as well. We also had Audrey play at the cocktail hour for strolling violin music. We recieved a multitude of compliments on her music. She did a fantastic job and learned new mucis just for our ceremony."

"Betty is very difficult to meet with, she only meets with potential customers on Wednesdays. She books well in advance as she only does a few cakes a month. She does not require much guidance in decor department as she creates beautifully elaborate displays! Her cakes are delicious. We purchased both a wedding cake (white cake with buttercream frosting) and a grooms cake (peanut butter cake/peanut butter icing and a chocolate drizzle)."

"Djamel Ramoul the photographer for Elle, is very professional. He is easy to get along with and provides great guidance for everything (from make-up to hair). He ensures that everyone is comfortable and goes beyond his duties as a photographer. He is a bit expensive, but imagine he would be willing to work with any budget. His work has won multiple prizes for his fantastic photography. Also, you own every picture he owns, and he provides them to you on DVD which allows you to reproduce them for a low cost."

"It's a Roman Catholic Church so choices in ceremony times are limited during the weekend. Saturday options are 11 AM, 1 PM, 2 PM, or 7 PM. Father Patrick Sheedy has been through many weddings and easily guides you through the ceremony. Dr. Saalfeld, the organist also is very professional. The venue is beautiful as it has been recently remodeled. The ceremony is rich in tradition and very meaningful."

"A beautiful reception location. The price per plate includes a lot of services: table linens (under and overlays), raisers and lights for tables (sweetheart/head and buffett), cake cutting services, champagne for toast for all guest, table set-up (glasses, china, napkins), suite for couple after wedding (with champagne and strawberries), plus more! They tend to be set in their ways, so push for things that you would like to make different. For me it was having the cocktail hour outside by the pool, which is not standard by their means. They have a horse and carraige which you can rent hourly for the guest to use. The reception turned out beatiful, and we recieved many compliments on the food and service and decor."
