"This is another great local restaurant. It is a seafood restaurant (hence the name). Anonymous has not taken Anonymous here yet, but she plans to sometime in the future. She used to eat here sometimes with her father."

"If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. Corey's Catsup & Mustard is a burger bar, and the burgers are great! We went here one day after a 14 mile run and ate massive quantities of greasy food including adult mac & cheese, cajun fries, and burgers."

"The original Frank Pepe's Pizzeria Napoletana in New Haven, Connecticut was billed as the best pizza in the United States. They have recently opened a new store at the Shoppes at Buckland Hills in Manchester, CT (very close to the Marriot Fairfield Inn). Anonymous and Anonymous have eaten here. There, now you have a reason to go."

"This is another casual dining place frequented quite often by the Anonymous family. We mostly tend to order pizza from here but many other Italian and Greek dishes are offered as well."

John Harvard's Brew House

"Throughout the years, Anonymous and her friends could often be found at John Harvard's having a beer and catching up on life. Now that Anonymous has met Anonymous, the two of them have frequently gone to John Harvard's Brew House for a bite to eat and a fresh brewed beer. Let us know if you would like to join us for a beer there at any point during the weekend (well, maybe not during the ceremony and reception)."

"The first Connecticut casino and once hailed the largest casino on earth, Foxwoods Resort Casino has recently added the MGM Grand to growing list of offerings. It looks like they might have a Cirque de Soleil show on Friday night if anyone is interested in that."

"Again this one is for the literary buffs. Another great American writer also lived in Connecticut - Harriet Beecher Stowe. According to legend, when Abraham Lincoln met Harriet Beecher Stowe in 1862 he said, "So you're the little woman who wrote the book that started this Great War!" If you would like to learn more about Harriet Beecher Stowe's life, please visit the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center in Hartford, CT."

"For you literary buffs out there, did you know that Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) lived in Hartford, Connecticut for 17 years. It was actually during his time in Connecticut that several of his most famous works were completed, including The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. During the weekend, you can visit his house and learn many more of these interesting facts."

"If you like gambling than this is the place for you. One of Connecticut's big casino areas, Mohegan Sun has all you could ever want in a casino. Plus it is decorated to look Native American-esq so that you can pay tribute to the folks who have brought Connecticut casinos."

"If you love the sea, than this is the place for you. In Mystic you can tour the Seaport Museum to learn more about how America has been shaped by the sea. You can also visit the Mystic Aquarium to see penguins and other underwater creatures (http://www.ife.org/). Or you can just walk around the area and go shopping and sightseeing and have a nice dinner by the shore."

"For the art lovers out there, the Wadsworth Atheneum is an art museum in Hartford. On of the exhibits in August is entitled "Boundless Beauty" and questions how we define beauty. Collections include both European and American art."

"This is the other park that we were considering for our wedding. It is a very large park with a lot of open space on the East Hartford/Manchester border. They might even have a frisbee golf tournament going on over the weekend."
