"Our wedding was romantic, memorable and beautiful! Getting married in Tahoe was a bit of work, being a "destination" wedding, but we had affordable options for lodging and food nearby and you just can't beat the raw beauty of the natural environement. Everything in Tahoe is a little more, especially when you mention it's a wedding, but you will find the people to be easy to work with and very helpful. August proved to be hot up until the day of the wedding, then of course it was drizzley and windy throughout the day. It cleared up just in time for our wedding and we only had to contend with a bit of wind. Happy to answer any questions or help out future brides to be!"

"Sand Harbor State Park. It doesn't get much more "Tahoe" than this, be prepared for weather, it's the one thing you can't do anything about."

"Sand Harbor State Park, covered Ramada Group Use area was great for the amount of people we had. The only minor issue we had was the wind, breezy, not enough to knock things over, but enough to mess up my hair! You can't be the views either. The bathrooms left a little to be desired as they had no towels, but I provided my own paper towels, hand soap and sanitizer and there was always plenty of TP!"
