Pink's Famous Hot Dogs

One of the top 20 oldest restaurants is Pink's. They started as a hot dog cart, but now have a counter and small dining area in the back. If you come during peak hours (dinner, anytime on the weekends), expect a 35 min or longer wait. It is best to come during off peak hours, like a week day. Their hot dogs are truly, truly worth it.

Disneyland

A fun filled place for people of all ages. It is especially appropriate for youngsters. Allot at least one full day for the fun. Two days would be even better! For the best bargain, purchase a park hopper ticket for Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure.

Knott's Berry Farm

This theme park is perfect for the thrill seekers. It is home to the biggest wooden roller coaster in the country. This park is not for the faint of heart. Although the faint of heart will find an array of delicious foods to be sample within the park.

Santa Monica Pier

For the quintessential Southern California experience, go to the Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier. It has carnival games, a roller coaster over the ocean, and incredible artists. It doesn't get any more California than this. This is the inspiration for Disney's California Adventure's Paradise Pier.

Sawdust Art Festival

Anonymous and Anonymous shared one of their first dates at the Sawdust Art Festival. Each year, they go back to admire the art and artists. You may want to check out the Pageant of the Masters, a stage performance of people becoming living versions of great works of art. The Sawdust Art Festival will be open all summer from June 27-August 31.
