Hazards Beach and Tide Pools

"This is a tough place to find if you've never been here before. As you're driving up the road into Montana de Anonymousro you'll pass through 2 groves of Eucalyptus trees. As you go into the 2nd grove, look for cars pulled off to the side and park there. There should be a trail that goes down a hill to the right and then curves around to the left. Follow the path down and back up the next hill onto the dunes. Walk up to the right of the dunes and look for a way down the hill to the beach. There should be a big flat looking rock down in the water. That is where the tide pools are located, check the tide charts and plan to be here around low tide. The trail is pretty short so if it takes too long to find you may have pulled off at the wrong spot. The hill can be hard to climb so be sure to look around for the best way up and down depending on your fitness."

"You can't miss Morro Rock once you get into the area. You can't actually climb the rock, but there is a beach to the north and rocky areas by the water as you drive around. You can get out and walk around and look down by the rocks for sea life such as starfish, etc. You may also see sea lions, seals, and sea otters in the water if you look carefully."
