Kennolyn Hacienda

If you don't have a ton of time to get into planning details, this is a good spot because food, drinks, tables, linens etc are all part of the package. The down side is there isn't really a personal touch and they will start breaking down tables etc. before your time is up. The landscaping is great, but you'll need extra flowers for tables etc. We loved the flowers we had, call Becky Foutch at 415-215-2590. One issue is that the roads are really windy getting up to Kennolyn, so you'd be best to get buses. The vendor they recommend would have been better than what we had: call Pacific Monarch 831-883-8900.

Best Western Capitola by-the-Sea Inn & Suites

fine, clean, etc. you have to drive to get down to the Village area. They don't do large room blocks even for weddings.
