The estate looks beautiful and so did you and your wedding? My boyfriend Pete and I are looking for a rustic or outdoor or beach setting around santa cruz. Do your Aunt and Uncle rent out their house at all?

the site looks beautiful but i can't find any information on this site online. do you have a website or address for this venue. also, the tent from your pictures is beautiful, was this included with the site or did you rent it from someone. if you rented it who did you rent from. thank you, Suzie

Hi Suzie,
The site is my aunt and uncle's private home. The tent that was on the property was rented through a rental company that I would actually not recommend (Alexis Party Rentals). We have not rented out the house because my aunt and uncle are aprehensive about the noise to the neighbors and having to be out of their house for 3 days. You are not the first person to be interested. I guess if someone made them an offer (through me) that they could not refuse, then they might be willing to rent it out. Thanks.

Question:
I would love to find out if the property is rentable.
We are planning a small wedding 50 people or less. I have been looking for an estate for a while.
Let me know if they are willing to rent their property

As of now my aunt and uncle are not planning on renting their property, but as I told another bride if it was an offer they could not pass up then they may (especially for a smaller wedding of 50)! Thanks.

Hi,
My fiance and I have been looking for a venue to have our wedding, but haven't had any luck thus far. I would be very interested in renting your aunt and uncle's estate. We would have around 200 guests, self-catered, no-alcohol, and it would be a evening wedding.We would only need the estate for one day. I'm not sure how much it would take for them to considered renting their house, but we would offer what we could. Also, how much was the tent to rent, if you don't mind my asking? As well as the wooden chairs; they look much nicer then the standard white. Well, thank you for your time and congratulations on what looked like a very happy and beautiful wedding. I will contact my Aunt and Uncle and see what they say. I was down in Corralitos this past weekend and we talked about doing weddings at their house. They did say that if they decided to do them, that I would have to be there as the on site coordinator. I plan weddings for a living (www.hkendallevents.com) and said that I would be happy to be the on site coordinator. "This vendor started out as a good rental company but progressively got wose! By the day of the event (large wedding) and after a year of working with them they were completely out of touch and we could not get answers on missing rentals and overages in rentals. No thanks to them the event went off without a hitch - mainly due to the caterers and wedding planner. Finally we received the bill and they over charged us by A LOT! It was completely unnacceptable! I will never use them again nor will I ever reccomend them! But worse than that our event planner and caterer will not use them again! They have a bad business sense!"
