Fountain Valley Wedding In June
Fountain Valley, CA, USA, June, 2007
"Overall it was a good time and it went by so quickly that we didn't have time to dwell on anything that wasn't "perfect". The sun was really bright, but it wasn't too hot. Traffic was light on the streets, but heavy on the freeways. Fountain Valley is usually easy to get to from both Los Angeles and Orange County Airports (except when the president of Vietnam comes to visit the large Vietnamese population of Fountain Valley, where he is unpopular, which he did on our wedding day!)"

Beautiful outdoor reception and a great area for photos. They let us use a golf cart for the girls to zip around in. The banquet center looked great and served us well. Everyone commented how good the dinner rolls tasted. Our only complaint was the seating arrangement was set up incorrectly.

You gotta have the fresh Dungeness Crab! Steamed while you wait! The easiest route is to exit the 405 Freeway at Crenshaw, go south, then go west on Torrance Boulevard until it dead ends into the Fisherman's Warf parking lot. Park there and walk to Quality Seafood. Yum yum!
Roman Cucina

Wow, they really pulled out the stops for us at Roman Cucina! They made a special menu for us with three choices of main course. All three were fantastic! They set up their pation/bar area just for us. The manager, Aaron, was a complete professional. He and his staff took great care of us and our family and guests. We will definitely be going back for dinner on a regular basis.
Attraction
Bolsa Chica Wildlive Reserve
A nice place for hiking and bird watching. There's a small parking lot here so you may have to wait for a spot.
Disneyland
DisneylandHuntington Beach
The best place to go to the beach. The surf is great here, so you should be a decent swimmer. Get here by noon and park for free in the neighborhoods between Goldenwest and 17th. Bring your own food, water, umbrella, and sunblock. Don't forget to bring a safety pin to attach your car keys to your swim-suit. If you want more crowds and resaurants go south to the Pier on Main Street.
