Edelweiss went above and beyond to make us our dream wedding cake! We had met with a previous vendor that told us our cake that we wanted could not be done (even though we had a picture of it). We took our picture to Edelweiss and they made it happen! Very friendly and helpful staff! Oh and the cake is sooo good!

They kind of started to die for one of my bridesmaids boquets, but it was a very hot hot day and I was told by my Mother-In-Law that the Bali Hai would not turn on their air for the flowers when Brian first got there. Other than that everything was perfect!

San Diego, CA, USAWe had a wonderful experience with this photographer for our engagement session. I wish it would have continued with the wedding. First they were late so I have no getting ready pictures. The rest of the day went fine. When we received the pics of the cds we found out that they did not get any pictures of my parents getting pinned with flowers, but they got my Husbands family. They got pictures of my brother in law giving his speech, but not my maid of honor! Also we are still waiting on our pictures because when we received our selections they were completely the wrong pictures! I am now trying to get them to reimburse us so we can just print the pictures out ourselves. I sent them an email 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. I would not recommend this vendor

The Bali Hai was a wonderful place to get married! Everyone could not stop talking about how great the location was. The staff was very helpful! The view of downtown San Diego was incredible. The food was great!
