Penelope & Christopher's Wedding
Mesa, Arizona, October, 2007
"We live in Mesa, so it was great to have all of our locations within about 20 minutes of each other (wedding/reception, rehearsal dinner & guest hotels). We received several compliments on the map (weddingmapper) that "must have took forever" to put together. Well, it didn't, but the results were great. "

Ceremony
Red Mountain Ranch Country Club
6425 E Teton CirMesa, AZ 85215, US
We had a beautiful, unique location overlooking Red Mountain for the wedding. It was just perfect.
Reception
Red Mountain Ranch Country Club
6425 E Teton CirMesa, AZ 85215, US
The reception began as the sun was setting. The blazing orange sky could be seen via the wall-to-wall windows, and it looked amazing. We recevied the most compliments on the view! The food was amazing (filet and salmon were served) and the service was perfect. The staff at RMRCC is very professional and made for a very smooth evening.
Hotel
Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Scottsdale
3131 N Scottsdale RdScottsdale, AZ, USA
Many of our out of town guests stayed here and enjoyed themselves. I love Holiday Inn Express myself. This location has 'happy hour' M-Th, and breakfast daily. Sugar Daddy's is right across the street, so our guests enjoyed that!
Windemere Hotel And Conference Center
5750 East Main StreetMesa, AZ, USA
Many family members stayed here and found the location to be extremely convenient to the wedding/reception location and our homes.
Restaurant
Tutti Santi By Nina
1859 W Guadalupe Rd # 101Mesa, AZ, USA
Before we had our rehearsal dinner there, Tutti Santi was one of our favorite Italian Restaurants. At our rehearsal dinner, many of Chris' relatives from 'back East' (Italians from New York & New Jersey) were in attendance and RAVED about the food here. The calmari, ravioli and halibut were absolutely incredible (as was everything else, but those were the highlights) and garnered much praise from the family. The restaurant's party room itself is beautiful, and didn't require any additional decoration from us. The staff there was warm, friendly and attentive. Several out-of-town guests have promised to come visit and specified that a visit to Tutti Santi will be in order upon their next visit. One friend has already visited, and we had a lovely meal there just last week. The price per person was affordable, especially considering the quality.
Shopping
Biltmore Fashion Park
2470 E Camelback RdPhoenix, AZ, USA
The Biltmore Fashion Park is another great shopping experience. Great restaurants here also. Anchor stores are Macy's & Sak's 5th Avenue, with some other cute shops.
Scottsdale Fashion Square
6900 E Camelback RdScottsdale, AZ, USA
Fashion Square is probably the best mall in the area. Anchor stores are Nordstroms, Nieman Marcus and Macys with other great shops - Tiffany's, Sephora, Crate & Barrel, Louis Vuitton and TONS others. Did I mention restaurants? They have it all. Happy Shopping!!
Superstition Springs Center
6555 E Southern AveMesa, AZ, USA
One of Mesa's 2 malls. Anchor stores are Macy's, JCPenney, Dillards, Mervyn's and Sears with a large Borders bookstore. Some good restaurants across the highway (highway 60) down Power.
