"Cake was delicious but Nadine Moon ( owner) is so impersonal. I did not feel like I was planning my special wedding day, she did not congratulate us and I don't think I ever saw her smile. If her services were not provided with our wedding vendor I would not have chosen her, specifically based on her demeanor and lack of personality/customer service."
