"Couldn't have been happier that we chose Birch Meadow for our wedding. The grounds are beautiful, food was great, price was good, and we were able to have our ceremony and reception in one spot like we wanted to. They only have one event a day, so we didn't have to worry about other weddings going on, or that our vendors would be rushed to set up. Corine was a blessing to work with. Her staff is great, and she was always a pleasure while answering our questions, and making sure our wedding day went smoothly. Highly recommend!"

"The location to our reception and to the airport is mostly what sold us on reserving room blocks for us and our guests. The rooms were recently redone, and look modern, clean, and are furnished nicely. For booking a block of rooms we were given "the best rate". We later found out that if we our guests booked them online through the hotel's website it was about $15- $20 less. (Should've checked that I guess) Also, was told by our summer wedding there would be a swimming pool - not true, but not a deal breaker. We were also told they had 2 shuttle bussess which for $100 we could use to shuttle our guests to and from our reception. About a month before our wedding, this was changed to only one shuttle could be used at a time (the shuttle held about 15 people). I knew this would be a nightmare and cause our guests to be waiting forever, so we had to arrange for a shuttle from an outside company. For having 10 rooms or more reserved, we were giving 1 free night in one of their rooms. We stayed 2 nights, so one night free was great. However, 5 in the morning the days after our wedding (while leaving for our honeymoon), the woman at the front desk argued with us that this was not true and we needed to pay for both nights. This was the last thing we wanted to deal with. She finally gave us the room free as agreed upon when I threatened to get all of the paperwork out of my bag and show her the written contract."
